¶ Login
¶ Standard Login
Azure ID is a downloaded program with a shortcut on your desktop.
Open the program by double-clicking the shortcut and you will be automatically logged in.
¶ Admin Login
There is a separate login for access to all programming features ("Admin" login). Please use the credentials provided to you in the handover documents Quick Reference Guide to gain access to Admin login.
¶ Troubleshooting
¶ HID FARGO DTC4250e not responding/connecting to computer
If your computer is having trouble connecting to the Badge Printer try restarting the device. If that still does not work try reinstalling the drivers. To get drivers for HID FARGO DTC4250e please use the link below to the manufacturer driver download page.
